Good Morning!!!! It is my favorite day of the week, Motivational Monday!!!!

I am stoked to get this week started!!! Two rest days is a lot for me!!! Today is chest day and since I took two days off, I have to do my #LoveMyAbs challenge 3x today. Should be an awesome tabata circuit. Zoe loves the challenge this month which is awesome. I need to get her spirits up.  Josh left earlier than usual this morning because he has a 4 hour drive down to where we are moving. He has interview appointments all day to find potential employees for the new store. So early morning and also late night. Poor girl was crushed when she realized he was already gone I am gonna let her stay up extra late tonight so she can see him when he gets home. She is such a Daddy’s girl xoxox

Today is also Lady Swole Monday on NPC Figure Competitor Hope Trask’s Facebook page Hope is awesome!

Every Monday she encourages ladies to post their progress pictures. We motivate each other to continue to work hard to reach our goals! Zoe and I have been participating every Monday for a few months now. It have become her favorite day too!
