Hope you all had a fabulous weekend!!! Ours was great! I didn’t cheat really bad yesterday at all. I had one serving of chips and one serving of Guacamole. So I am proud of myself there. This weekend has just been full of packing, working out, resting, food prep, and picking fabric for my Competition bikini. So, busy busy busy.
I have to admit, I have been dying to step on the scale, but I am staying true to my goals and NOT touching it till the scheduled date. I wish I hadn’t gotten back into the habit again of looking at it so often. The addiction is relentless lol.
Today is Motivational Monday! I have been so sore from the workout change- up, that I really do need the Motivation today!!!
I think the best motivation is progress pictures. Be sure to pull yours out today to see how far you have come and then focus on where you want to go.

Obviously I know I will not look like Dana
but I will be my own version! This body type is what I am working and striving for!
