Yesterday I mentioned that Zoe and I do Lady Swole Monday on NPC Figure Competitor, Hope Trask’s Facebook page.

Hope is an inspiration to me as well as many others! She is a mentor to me and has always been willing to help me get out of a rut! I LOVE Lady Swole Mondays. It is an encouraging day where women from all walks of life and all fitness levels band together to support one another in their progress. It has really become a phenomenal event! If you are looking for a way to stay accountable and share your progress, I advise joining in on the fun. She also gives random prizes! How cool is that!?!?!  Zoe and I were actually named the winners this past round!!! SHHHH!!! It hasn’t been announced yet ha ha

Zoe and I have fun every week participating and we love seeing everyone’s progress! She has just started Tough Guy Tuesdays too! So if you have a fella who needs some accountability and a good boost to his self esteem, get his photos on her page asap! I have been trying to talk Josh into it lol but he is still a little shy I am proud of him though! We are neck in neck with the weight loss at around 60lbs. I can’t wait to weigh in tomorrow, to see how this month is faring for me so far!!!
